Dr. Rogerio Yugo Takimoto is currently a postdoctoral fellow at University of Sao Paulo whose main field of interest is computer vision and 3D reconstruction. He received his under graduate degree in electrical engineering from University of Sao Paulo in 2001 and received his M.S. and PhD in ocean-space engineering from Yokahama National University in 2006 and 2009, respectively. Dr. Rogero Yugo Takimoto research expertises are in the areas of computer vision and image processing. He also works on 3D visualization of medical data, reconstruction, image registration and computational photography. Recently he is also working on the measurement of trough surface topography.
