Now Taking Nominations for our CMSC 2018/2019 Executive Committee
Each year the Nominating Committee of the CMS solicits potential candidates for the position of Vice-Chair and two positions on the Executive Committee. The election will take place prior to the Wednesday evening banquet during the week of this years conference.
The term of these positions will begin immediately following the conference, with an introductory meeting held Friday evening of the conference. A CMS member who has attended at least two Coordinate Measurement System Conferences in the last four years is a potential candidate for the Executive
Committee.
A CMS member participating in a CMS Standing or Special Committee with voting privileges for two years in the past four years. is a potential candidate for the Executive Committee. A CMS member who has attended at least two Coordinate Measurement System Conferences in the last four years and has had at least one previous term on the Executive Committee is a potential candidate for the Vice-Chair position. These positions are voluntary, but critical to the success of the CMS and the CMSC. To be considered for nomination, please submit a short biography and digital photograph of yourself to the Nominating Chairman, Ulysses Green (nominations@cmsc.org), by May 4, 2018.
