CMSC just keeps getting better and better. This year's conference will be no exception. We expect even more attendees than last year, and we expect more exhibitors as well. The Executive Committee recognizes that the conference would not be a success without your tremendous support. Please know that we recognize the value of your contribution and commit to you that we are doing all we can to increase CMSC attendance, which will equate to more potential customers for you!
The CMSC reserves the right to re-assign booth space reservations.
NOTE: This year’s booths are 10' wide and 10' deep.
- Past Exhibitor Booth Registration Assignments begins October 14, 2024 - Enrollment dates are sent out individually.
- New Exhibitor Booth Registration begins December 13, 2024.
Booth prices:
Standard: $2995.00
After April 1,2025 $3595.00
After May 20, 2025. $4095.00
Prime: $3595.00.
After April 1,2025 $4095.00
After May 20, 2025 $4595.00
All booths include one full exhibitor pass including meals and one exhibitor pass excluding meals, which can be upgraded to include meals for a fee of $300
Down payment for regular booth $995.00 and prime $1495.00 then pay balance by April 1st.
If payment is not made by April 1, 2025 the booth will be realeased and with no refund on deposit.
NO refunds after April 1, 2025 after 5pm.
