Potential CMSC Exhibitor:

CMSC just keeps getting better and better. This year's conference will be no exception. We expect even more attendees than last year, and we expect more exhibitors as well. The Executive Committee recognizes that the conference would not be a success without your tremendous support. Please know that we recognize the value of your contribution and commit to you that we are doing all we can to increase CMSC attendance, which will equate to more potential customers for you!

 

The CMSC reserves the right to re-assign booth space reservations.

Note:

  • Prime booths are indicated in YELLOW
  • Standard booths are indicated in ORANGE
  • All booths are 10' wide and 10' deep.

 

Booth availability and reservations are accomplished on the registration page.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A PACKAGE TO INCLUDE A BOOTH OR BOOTHS VIA CMS SALES REPRESENTATIVE MIKE RICHMAN, YOU STILL NEED TO SELECT YOUR SPACE AND REGISTER YOUR EMPLOYEES. PLEASE EMAIL JAN RODE WITH QUESTIONS.

April 1st is the cutoff date for refunds.  There is a processing fee of $25.00 for cancellations before April 1st. The refund is issued by check if you want by credit card then you will have to pay those processing fees too.

Note that for Early Bird pricing we are collecting a portion of the total, shown in parenthesis, to hold your booth. The remainder of the amount due will need to be paid by Feb 1, 2025. 
If payment is not made by April 1, 2025 the booth will be released and with no refund on deposit.
 

CMSC Exhibition Hall Layout

All booths (standards and prime) includes one FULL registration with meals and an exhibitor-only badge with no meals, you will have the option to upgrade them to a full registration for $300.00.
