Abstract
This presentation is delivered by Keith Bevan from The National Physical Laboratory and current CMSC Vice Chair looks at tools and techniques to support skills development, delivery, and evaluation. This structured approach supports the methodology needed to help learners and employers on the journey to support skills gaps and contribute to succession planning and sustainability of the workforce. This methodology will look at the importance of identifying the audience, being able to describe the training need, determining the right product, planning the content and delivering, finalized by the evaluation.
