Patrick graduated in 1995 from the University of Akron with a BSMET. After a stint in the molten steel industry as an Area Manager followed by a stint in the plain bearing world as National Sales Manager, Patrick started his career in Metrology with Keyence. Keyence is a Japanese producer of vision systems and linear measurement systems capable of submicron accuracy. It was during his tenure at Keyence he ran into Joe Arezone at FARO. Joe hired him on as an Account Manager for the Digital Template and Gage product. After 3 months Patrick was promoted to Laser Tracker Account Manager where he stayed for almost 8 years. During those 8 years he won Account Manager of the Year several times as well as qualifying for the President’s Club multiple years. In 2011 he went on to New River Kinematics where still currently is employed as Vice President - North American Sales. With over with over 18 years metrology experience and multiple management stints prior to metrology, Patrick is well qualified and uniquely tied into the market. As a founding member of the Precision Path Consortium and member of its Board of Directors, he has the experience necessary to understand what is important to keep organizations moving forward like CMS.
